This allows people to enter Canada only. TRV is required for people from non-designated countries to come to Canada. Single Entry Visa, Multiple Entry Visa, and Super Visa are three primary types of visas for Canada.

This is required for people who want to come to Canada from countries that do not require travel visas 

Anyone who may be considered inadmissible to enter Canada may use the TRP to remain in Canada for a particular amount of time and purpose. 

This allows people to work in Canada under specific requirements. Specifically, employer specific work permits the individual to work for that employer only. While open work permits permit the individual to be employed by any employer. 

Permits people to attend school in Canada under certain conditions. Study permits allow students limited hours of work on or off campus. 

Allows people – such tourists or visitors – to visit Canada for designated time frames. The standard time permitted as a tourist or visitor is six months.
